Projects 1: starting with leds

This first set of projects is designed to help you get familiar with the basic of Arduino programming.  They focus on a simple task: turn an LEDs on and off by applying and removing a voltage signal.  The projects get a little more elaborate as we include the momentary buttons.  In the final project, we create a simple game for two players to test who has the faster reaction time (but still avoids jumping the gun!).
